Enhance is a no-code, web-based 3D and Augmented Reality SaaS for commerce and advertising. We are a start-up, passionate about our product and our customers, and we are driven to occupy a leading position in this segment, which will grow exponentially in the coming years.

Things are moving fast in our field. Meta (Facebook) has set the goal to become a ‘Metaverse company’ in 5 years, industry leaders expect Apple to launch state-of-the-art AR glasses within the next year, and companies from Louis Vuitton to Samsung are already using augmented reality to create immersive premium customer experiences and the AR industry will grow from USD6,12 billion in 2021 to USD98 billion in 2028.

As head of growth, you will be responsible for writing and executing NEW playbooks for growth where digital, social, rich media content, new attribution models, and inbound marketing play a key role to drive customer acquisition.

You will report to the CEO and Founder, aspire to be an owner of the company, and be thrilled at the possibility to be the main driver of our growth strategy from day one.

Experiment and learn…

We’re looking for an experienced engagement marketer who loves data, experimentation and has a strong knowledge of the digital ecosystem. You will rely primarily on automated email, but also interactions with the team, push notifications, and paid channels when needed.


Design Visionary…

Here’s your chance to oversee design for all our marketing efforts worldwide, including landing pages, content marketing, ads, emails, and even product onboarding flows. You will also oversee visual design for our product experiences to ensure that the customer journey is seamless.

Being a small team, you’ll also be exposed to and collaborate with every part of the business. So we are looking for an intellectual individual who thrives in problem-solving situations and understands the importance of learning from failure.



Oversee four key pillars: Content and PR, CRM Automation / Email Marketing, and Paid Media, with direct experience in at least 2 of them.
Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, and digital campaigns.
Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. product and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met
Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums
Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs


Required Qualifications :

Experience in B2B Marketing
1-2 years of experience in Automation, Content, and Paid Media.
Ability to develop a content strategy for Linkedin, Instagram, and our own blog.
Strong knowledge of various marketing automation and analytics tools such as Active Campaign, Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g. Hubspot), and content management systems
Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Skilled in writing and editing content with attention to detail
Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
Proven, successful track record growing a start-up
