Responsibility

The Head of Creator Community plays a critical role in driving Planet X’s strategy to build community and engage with and retain AR/digital art creators on the platform through strategic initiatives. You’re responsible for leading creator relationships, creator marketing, creator communications, and community development. As a leader, you will have the opportunity to set the vision and strategy for our creator community, working across priority projects, campaigns, and events.

 

Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive user growth

Planning and executing creative marketing campaigns with the marketing team.

Facilitate proactive business development and digital artists outreach initiatives through digital platforms

Enact experiments with new products and services that support creators’ career goals and scale those that will best meet their needs

Be the voice of our company and advocate for the needs of our creators internally.

Write clear, concise, and compelling copy for the value proposition of our product. (Like the Apple website:) ) and website building.

Be responsible for managing creator relationships, and troubleshooting.

Build the brand through meaningful partnerships.

The creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content across a variety of social platforms including but not limited to (Website, Planet X, Instagram, Tiktok, Linkedin, Facebook, Snapchat, YouTube)

Develop valuable content (Copywrite, images, videos, etc.) tailored to specific audiences, channels

Brainstorm, storyboard, create and edit videos if needed

Use data and research to evaluate your content’s impact, and push for continuous improvement

Leverage keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic

Perform ongoing market research to understand users, current and upcoming trends

 

Whom We’re Looking For

2+ years of marketing experience at creator-centric platforms or services, ideally in digital arts, Web 3, AR community, or creator marketing-facing capacities.

Experience with curation for art events or art community outreach/development is a plus.

Experience dealing with ambiguity and taking ownership of initiatives from inception to completion.

You know how to conduct experiments and analyze critical metrics.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Insatiable love for writing and interest in technology, AR, and Metaverse.

Is skilled at creating clear, concise, and persuasive copy and social media content that is consistent with branding, style, current market trends, and SEO tactics, techniques, and goals.

Experience conceptualizing, planning and launching marketing campaigns, and driving & owning brand and performance KPIs.

Experience managing projects, influencing others, and delivering against timelines, goals, and milestones.

Experience with social media platforms and how to grow audiences

Familiarity with design software, WIX, Editor X, Webflow

Video editing skills and experience creating trends (Insta Reels + Tiktok), hosting webinars, and speaking on camera.
