Job Description.

Huge is looking for an Associate Creative Director with a particular expertise in Web3 technology. This person will be focused on creating brand experiences on emerging platforms for some of the world’s leading brands.


What We’d Like To See.

  • Experience Strategist / Experience Designer — very human centered and knowledgeable in UX principles. This is less visual design and more systems/service/capability design.
  • Familiarity with blockchain and decentralization technologies and how they deliver on web3 principles to solve customer, business and planetary problems.
  • Ability to think across a variety of verticals — so not just crypto or NFTs but including DAOs or dApps, Smart Contracts or DeFi more broadly.
  • Very conceptual thinker who can handle an abstract / open-ended task and not just solve it with web3 / blockchain-based solutions when a better solution could exist.
  • A creative who brings some skepticism to the table. There’s a lot of folks who are acolytes of this space. We want analysis that questions whether or not decentralization is needed in the solution
  • Ideally has non-web3 digital innovation experience as well, including but not limited to product and or experience design.
  • An understanding of how something is built, ideally from having designed and launched an experience that utilizes decentralized technology.
  • An ability to collaborate with the Technology team at Huge to envision, scope and create Web3-empowered projects
  • An ethos and consideration for sustainability, the value of inclusion, and a POV on ethics as related to Web3
  • Ideally is plugged into the movements / news in this space as well as the community and other leading thinkers
  • Can demonstrate ability to apply decentralization principles, technologies & behaviors to a variety of industries, business types and brands.
  • NOT focused solely on the metaverse (embodied experiences)
  • Can provide thought leadership both externally and internally at Huge

This role is currently not available for hire or work in New Mexico, and Hawaii, USA.

The salary range for this position is $106,000 to $178,000. Exactly where a prospective employee will be paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, the actual salary ranges for current and former employees who are either currently filling a similar role or did in the past; the candidate’s depth of experience and qualifications; the level of specialization the role requires; budgetary considerations; the market demand for that role and the local market conditions that exist where the employee will be based. For current Huge employees, tenure will also be a consideration.
