The Creative Lead understands a client’s business and communication goals and creates digital solutions to achieve those goals. You will take an active, hands-on role in leading ideation and concepting with team members, providing direction to teams, and working with producers and technologists to implement designs. You will offer broad knowledge and advanced skills in vision creation, digital design strategy, and concepting, with a deep understanding of all components of Experience Design. In particular, you will exhibit mastery of how the digital/virtual channels work with other components of a customer experience. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with our clients. You will have a background in producing digital project work, managing both creative and extended digital teams.
Main responsibilities
Provides primary leadership for vision creation and plays a key role in planning and executing on the vision
Inspires a high-performance culture and communicates a clear sense of direction and expectations clearly
Establishes strong client relations and primary voice for vision and concepts
Key connection and communicator for the core team of Producers and Technologists
A key player in pitch creation and presentation and leads the creation of pitch documents
Provide creative direction to production teams
Experience working within project scopes that typically span 150k and 2M.

Qualification/ Experience
Demonstrable experience (5+ years) as a leader within a design consultancy, agency, or relevant environment
Deep understanding and passion for the emerging world of digital solutions and their contribution to the customer experience
Experience leading creative for complex and high-profile projects
Experience leading diverse and creative artist and developer teams
Willingness to travel
Salary Pay Range
$160,000 – $190,000 USD
