The Role
CGI Producer

Rabbit’s Foot Studios, a pioneer of Forever Content in game marketing, is seeking a talented and experienced Producer with a strong background in CGI production to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with our creative and technical teams to develop captivating game trailers and content, ensuring the highest quality output and enhancing our position as an industry leader.

Responsibilities

-Collaborate with the creative and technical teams to plan, develop, and execute CGI-based game trailers and content

-Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget

-Identify and address potential issues early in the project lifecycle, reducing the risk of costly mistakes or delays

-Optimize workflows and processes within the team to improve efficiency and productivity

-Stay up-to-date with the latest tools, techniques, and best practices in CGI production, and incorporate them into our projects

-Provide valuable insights into emerging trends and innovations in the industry

-Foster effective communication and collaboration between the creative and technical aspects of the team

-Coordinate with the Executive Producer and other stakeholders to align project goals with company objectives

Requirements

– Proven Expertise: At least 3 to 5 years in CGI and cinematic production, with a stellar track record in game trailers, cinematics, or related fields.

– Production Planning: Demonstrated experience managing budgets, timelines, and resources. Also experience working with production management tools as Ftrack/Kitsu/Shotgrid.

– Tool Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of CGI software (e.g., Maya, 3ds Max, Blender), real-time engines (e.g., Unreal Engine, Unity), and post-production suites (e.g., After Effects, Nuke).

– Innovative Techniques: Familiarity with the latest in motion capture, VFX, and 3D/2D animation, with an eye for artistic and technical excellence.

– Leadership & Collaboration: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to galvanize creative and technical teams towards a common vision. And a problem-solving mindset.

If you possess exceptional technical and social skills and are eager to contribute to a collaborative and innovative environment, you might be the perfect candidate for our Producer position at Rabbit’s Foot Studios.

We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in the CGI production industry, who has a deep understanding of CGI production tools, techniques, and best practices. As a member of our team, you will work alongside creative visionaries and technical experts to develop captivating game trailers and content, ensuring the highest quality output.

You’ll be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while identifying and addressing potential issues early in the project lifecycle.
