Lead Marketing Creative Manager

As Lead Marketing Creative Manager, your job is to own the marketing creative identity and strategies for all our titles, ultimately making sure our assets are planned and executed in ways that give our titles optimal chances for market success and in line with each game’s visual brand. You will work closely with producers and art departments, and implement your creative vision in all key marketing assets like trailers, key art, social media and more. You will also oversee all creative collaborations with agencies and other key stakeholders, and set the priorities for the other members in the creative team.
This is a full-time, permanent position, local in Stockholm, Sweden. A hybrid model of working from home & office attendance is applied. You will report directly to the CMO.
-Develop the marketing content strategy for all our games, in order to optimize our chances to attract and excite the players we are targeting.
-Work with all key members in the marketing team to implement the content strategies into our go-to-market plans.
-Work with the Producers and Art departments to establish the visual marketing identity of each game.
-Work closely with the Social Media department to make sure the content follows the company’s social media strategy and best practices.
-Oversee all elements of video production, including managing budgets and estimations.
-Grow and nurture a network of agencies, video editors and producers to help deliver towards the marketing content strategies.
-Task manage the members of the creative team in their priorities.
-Write creative briefs, curate stakeholder feedback and supervise post-production up until the final delivery.
The Ideal Candidate
-Experience from working with creative marketing at a gaming studio, involved in a few game launches.
-An interest in ideating and developing original content formats for each product. Someone who is curious, willing to find new ways to communicate with our players through marketing assets and stays on top of the trends on marketing assets.
-Strong visual skills: Ability to think visually and socially about what will entice audiences to engage with content and provide consistent new ideas and concepts.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Experience in producing and capturing video content, ideally for video games.
-Knowledge of social channels like Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, sound content judgment, and an understanding of the types of content that resonate with audiences on each platform.
-Experience using digital analytics platforms, project management and video editing tools.
-Skills in Adobe Creative Cloud.
-Experience with Figma
-Ability to work to deadlines and react quickly to requests that need fast turnaround times.
-Ability to make the most of content budgets by coming up with creative solutions and ways to make marketing assets work in perpetuity.
-Interest in gaming and VR is a big plus!
