Responsibilities:
Join Redecor Helsinki Reworks Studio as our new Art Team Leader and lead a team of talented 3D artists to create stunning designs to Redecor – home design simulation game. If you’re passionate about design and have experience in team leadership, this role is for you!
- Lead and motivate a team of 3D artists, fostering open communication and providing clear direction, goals, and regular feedback.
- Continuously improve and optimize work methods and development pipelines to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Evaluate and enhance 3D art pipeline tools and extensions, prioritizing usability, and effectiveness.
- Foster collaboration across teams to ensure cohesive design outcomes for Redecor.
- Provide guidance to artists in crafting top-tier content for Redecor.
Requirements:
- Experience in team leadership.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling, rendering, and texture design, with hands-on experience in Blender 3D or similar.
- Proactive, independent, and innovative approach to work, consistently driving creative solutions.
- Background in the gaming industry, with a strong understanding of its dynamics and requirements.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills, essential for working in an international environment.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Passion for interior design and decorating
