Create Your Own Unique Character.
In addition to creating your own custom character, Cyberpunk 2077 also allows players to customize their character. Players can create their own custom avatars and also customize their gear. This includes changing the color of their armor, the type of weapon they use, and selecting different body and face types. There are various physical attributes to choose from such as hairstyles, tattoos, and piercings to make the character more personalized. They can also allocate skill points to improve their character’s hacking, sneaking, combat skills, and physical abilities. The Cyberpunk 2077 cyberware allows players to create a unique character that really feels like “theirs” and matches their playstyle.
The term “cyberpunk” was coined by William Gibson in his novel Neuromancer (1984). In the book, Gibson described a futuristic world where humans live in cities called “cities” and use advanced technologies to communicate with each other. He also wrote about a group of people who dress in black leather jackets and pants, wear sunglasses indoors, and carry guns. These people were known as “cyberspace cowboys” because they lived in cyberspace, a virtual reality that allowed them to interact with others online.
Cyberware (also spelled as cyberwear or cybernetic wear) refers to technological implants or enhancements that are integrated with the human body in Cyberpunk and science fiction settings. In Cyberpunk 2077, cyberware can range from basic modifications like visual enhancements and upgraded reflexes to more advanced modifications like hacking tools, weapon systems, and enhanced physical attributes such as strength and agility.
